  • Disposed of in landfills

  • Burned in municipal solid waste incinerators or other incinerators without energy recovery

  • Used as dust control or weed control

Bring used motor oil to participating oil recycling facilities or your county resource recovery service centers.

Many communities offer recycling services through residential waste collection, but not all. You can also bring recycling to local drop off centers.
