Join the Neighbors of Belknap Lookout for the National Night Out. On Tuesday evenings the Grand Rapids Police Department and several Grand Rapids neighborhood associations are asking residents to lock their doors, turn on outside lights and spend the evening outdoors on porches, lawns, streets or in parks with their neighbors.
